Ann has extensive consulting experience, and has worked with clients in a variety of industries in her 20+ year career. Her skills as a custom training designer and developer have helped many organizations realize their competency goals.

 

Ann has an unparalleled ability to comprehensively analyze job competencies in order to create solutions that are practical, easy to comprehend and effective. Ann is a flexible and dedicated consultant, with a keen understanding of how people learn.

 

Ann’s experience spans across various industry types that include banking, healthcare and packaged consumer goods. She is a past president of the Dallas chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and has been a featured speaker at several ASTD conferences.


Linda Farley


Linda is writer, speaker, trainer and instructional designer with over 25 years’ experience in training, operational management and personnel development.

Linda specializes in training trainers, developing customized training courses and facilitating management and communications skills training. She has experience in a variety of industries including aviation, non-profit, government, banking, financial and medical.

 

Linda was the 2000 VP of Marketing and the 2002 President of the San Antonio Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). She is a Board Member of Network Power Texas and a Senior Instructor for San Antonio College. Her certifications include Certified Corporate Trainer, Lominger Career Architect Facilitator and Lominger Voices 360 Facilitator.


Elizabeth Baird Graff

Elizabeth is an experienced writer, editor and graphic designer. She is a trained journalist, with professional experience in marketing, advertising and public relations.

 

Elizabeth specializes in business writing, instructional design and development, technical writing and graphic design. Her highly creative nature allows her to think beyond the obvious when approaching a project.

 

Her mastery of a wide array of design software and computer applications allows her to seamlessly execute any project. Her clients consistently speak to her nimble and intuitive nature when tackling a job.

 

Elizabeth is also dedicated to green and environmental causes, and is a certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Green Associate.
